Stained Glass Seasonal Trees. I’m fascinated by nature’s framing of itself. The trees in different seasons capture nature as though stained glass. This is a small piece to bring all four seasons into one place.

Lisbon is very special to me and my husband. It’s where we went on honeymoon. We love the energy of Lisbon and its iconic trams. This one is by the side of the Cathedral. My husband stood one side and I the other.

A quirky one. A painting based on travels in Normandy. The houses are from a series of sketches from towns and villages in Northern France. The grocers was in Honfleur.

Sway of the Majorcan landscape. Acrylic, oil and specialist gold paint. I went for a walk along the coastline of western Majorca. No one was around. The colours were so vibrant, taking my breathe away.

Between Storms Wood relief. This was captured after several storms and one on the way. Living near the sea, I managed to get a walk in after several days of storms. I was fascinated by the sky and how the waves rolled in. I took several photographs and quickly sketched the wave. It took over a week to carve the image and then a day to roll the inks and create the image.

Childhood Wood relief. I dreamt of climbing the tree. The following day I found this tree and the remains of a swing. It reminded me of the dream and my childhood. I hope it reminds you of yours and those lazy days of summer.

Wood relief of a Snowdonia. After several changes in weather, including snow the evening light seemed to send the mountains pink. This view was my view for a week in this ideal countryside of beautiful Wales. I hope this will bring you that glimpse of Snowdonia in your home.

Wood relief of St Emilion, France. Celebrating our 26th Wedding Anniversary we visited St Emilion on a roasting hot day. A stunning place and excellent wine. A little way down from the Cathedral we found this vineyard and the ruined arch. A memory that I share with you. If I close my eyes I can smell the heat and wine.

This is a wood relief inspired by my daughter swimming with turtles. I captured the story by carving into wood to create the image. Each turtle picture has a different blend of inks making the work unique for everyone.
